This theme comes equipped with a custom template for both the 'login' block and the 'search' block which gives you the examples on the right. In order to use the Login Block you must first download it from the Concrete5 Market Place. After installing it, simply add it to the slider area and then choose 'custom template' from your options. Same rules apply for the custom search template.
